I don’t like it because the head keeps falling off. Maybe I just got a defective one.

A razor head that won't stay attached is incredibly frustrating and makes the whole thing pretty much unusable, which totally explains the 1-star experience. That's a quality issue that shouldn't be happening with a properly functioning razor.
