We have a 90-day no questions asked return policy in connection with the Flasher 2.0 device. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, if at any point within 90 days of your purchase of the Flasher 2.0 device from Nood, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return and refund request and receive a full refund or equal value exchange.

If you have an issue with your Flasher 2.0 device after 90 days, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact hello@trynood.com with questions or service requests.

What products are eligible for a return? 

Currently, only the Flasher 2.0 device ordered directly from Nood is eligible for a return. None of the products from our skincare line are eligible for a return. This includes The Reviver, The Revealer, and The Glow Up. Flasher 2.0 devices must be ordered directly from Nood to be eligible for return or refund. Flasher 2.0 devices sold as clearance or final sale and any refurbished devices are not eligible for a return or refund. 

Bundled product offerings are final sale; however, if the Flasher 2.0 device included within the bundled product offering is defective or damaged in transit or you did not receive the product ordered, you may submit a return of the damaged, defective, or erroneously provided Flasher 2.0 device within 30 days from shipping for an exchange equal in value to the product’s retail price or a refund calculated by taking the total price of the bundled product and subtracting the retail price for any additional items included in the bundled product offering.

How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase

You may submit a return or exchange request by emailing hello@trynood.com within 90 days of your purchase from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order ID, and whether the item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong product. We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchase. Return/exchange items must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of the confirmatory email from Nood with your shipping instructions, otherwise they may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange are not able to be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@trynood.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
