Nood February/March 2025 Giveaway — Official Rules

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Nood February/March 2025 Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Nood Ventures LLC ("Sponsor"), 1109 E 5th St, Unit 1301, Austin, Texas 78702, United States.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Nood Ventures LLC and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 3:00 PM ET on February 23, 2025 and ends at 3:00 PM ET on March 2, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
Method 1 — Purchase (Automatic Entry): Make any purchase on trynood.com during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase will automatically constitute one (1) entry. No additional steps required.
Method 2 — Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit trynood.com and sign up for the Nood email list during the Promotion Period. Completing the sign-up form constitutes one (1) entry. If you are already subscribed to the Nood email list, you may still enter by submitting your email address via the sign-up form during the Promotion Period.
Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of purchases made, email addresses used, or entry methods employed. If an individual enters via both methods, only their first valid entry will be counted. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Flasher Pro Device (Approximate Retail Value: $399 USD). Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 9, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email (and/or SMS if provided) within five (5) days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner.
If the Promotion is impaired or cannot be conducted as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
All federal, state, and local laws apply. The prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
7. Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
8. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Nood Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Nood, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

10. Winner List
