Our 90 Day No-Questions-Asked Satisfaction Guarantee
All purchases containing The Flasher line of devices come with a 90-day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, if at any point within 90 days of your purchase of the Flasher line of devices from Nood, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return and refund request an equal value exchange or a full refund that is less a $19.95 restocking fee.
If you have an issue with your The Flasher device after 90 days, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact support@nood.com with questions or service requests.
What products are eligible for a return?
The Flasher line of devices are the only products eligible for our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee when ordered directly from Nood. A $19.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing of the return.
Our bodycare products and all other tools are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. This policy applies to all orders, including subscriptions.
Happy Returns
We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.
When you complete your return at a Return Bar, debit or credit card refunds are initiated immediately but can take a few business days to post to your account (this is all based on how your credit card company handles refunds). Gift cards and site credits are often immediately available.

How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase
You may submit a return or exchange request by emailing support@nood.com within 90 days of your purchase from the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order ID, and whether the item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong product. Our team will follow up with return instructions. Return/exchange items must be dropped off or postmarked within 10 days of the date of the confirmatory email from Nood with your shipping instructions; otherwise, they may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange are not able to be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, less a $19.95 restocking fee. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@nood.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
