First I'll say, I do enjoy having the Nood. I'm too early into the process to be able to say if it's working or not - but this review is for the Customer Service. I purchased the Nood a year or two ago and the button to turn it on stopped working. I was frustrated as the product wasn't that old. I reached out to the Nood Customer Service Team and they promptly sent a new flasher after I sent them videos of my old one not turning on. I was very impressed with the level of attention and prompt response.
