Nood July 2026 Giveaway — Official Rules

The Nood July 2026 Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Nood Ventures LLC ("Sponsor"), 1604 S 2nd St, Austin, Texas 78704, United States.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Nood Ventures LLC, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on July 23, 2026 and ends at 12:00 AM ET on July 30, 2026 (i.e., 11:59:59 PM ET on July 29, 2026) ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's servers are the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry:

Method 1 — Purchase (Automatic Entry): Make any purchase on trynood.com during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase will automatically constitute one (1) entry. No additional steps are required.

Method 2 — Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit trynood.com and sign up for the Nood email list during the Promotion Period. Completing the sign-up form constitutes one (1) entry. If you are already subscribed to the Nood email list, you may still enter by submitting your email address via the sign-up form during the Promotion Period.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of purchases made, email addresses used, or entry methods employed. If an individual enters via both methods, only their first valid entry will be counted. Both methods of entry provide an equal chance of winning; a purchase does not increase your odds.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries using multiple or false identities or email addresses, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical failures of any kind.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Flasher Pro Device (Approximate Retail Value: $399 USD). The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about August 12, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email (and/or SMS, if a phone number was provided) within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a potential winner is found ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within the required period, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If the Promotion is impaired or cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion and select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner is solely responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the amount, if any, paid to enter the Promotion.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Nood Privacy Policy, available at trynood.com. By entering via the email sign-up method, you consent to receive marketing communications from Nood, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of winning.

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, email hello@trynood.com with the subject line "July 2026 Giveaway Winner Request" after August 31, 2026. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Promotion Period.
